@MyCCITweets Internet service has been out 12 hours and still no answer (after multiple calls) to why it’s out or how long it will be. Was told a tech would call us and it’s after 8pm now. Came on for 5 minutes around 5:30pm.

48 hours minimum until my ticket is even looked at is the worst service I’ve ever had @MyCCITweets. Going to start looking for another ISP. Can literally get another service installed before your support gets here.

Does anyone in New England have consolidated communications for internet? I need to switch off of Comcast. My bill was $60 two years ago when I moved in to my apt and since then it has doubled. I am all set with Comcast and their ****** prices and sh*ttier customer service

@1liners @SteveCollinsSJ Got consolidated communications up here. My place in the mid coast is on the "classic" plan. I literally have to call a different number to get help! It was so spotty we now also have red zone. We get ok service 75% of the time.

@CCI4Biz @MyCCITweets After 15 years, I am dropping CCI today.They deleted ALL my sent mail, can't prevent 100s of copies of same email going to my inbox, & tech support is worthless + can't log into my mail for second day in a row. 100% incompetent

While @MyCCITweets charges me for 40mbps DSL service it has no trouble supplying only 3.4mbps for days at a time. Flat-out theft. @NHgov take notice.
