Our triage nurses are available 24/7 for established patients by calling 919-385-4650 to answer questions and offer advice on non-life-threatening illnesses and conditions. They always have access to one of our pediatric providers.

When needed, your child's pediatric provider can make referrals for specialty care with Duke's network of specialists. No matter who your child sees at Duke Health, their care will be coordinated through My Duke Health, our electronic medical records system, which is accessible to every doctor at every Duke Health location.

Duke Primary Care Pediatrics at Cary is located inside of Duke Health Green Cary.

Sick children can usually be seen on the same day. Physical exams must be scheduled in advance. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete the necessary forms.

Late Policy
We value your time and work hard to keep our clinic running on time as well. Out of respect for all our patients and our timely care of your child, if you arrive 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time you may be asked to reschedule to the next available appointment. Courtesy phone calls are also greatly appreciated.
