Domestic Shipping (within the USA):

We offer free standard shipping on most orders over $49 shipped within the contiguous United States. Some exclusions apply.
*The following are not eligible for free shipping:

• Hobie branded products
• Point 65 N kayaks (an oversized fee applies)
• Oversized items that ship using freight services
• Alaska/Hawaii/US Territories
• APO/FPO
• International orders (shipping outside the USA)

Orders shipped using the Free Standard option will be shipped using the most economical method offered by UPS or USPS to your shipping address. Transit times may vary.

If you wish to select a specific or expedited shipping method, view our other UPS and USPS rates during checkout. Carriers and methods may vary based on availability in your zip/postal code.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Estimated transit times below are provided in business days (Monday - Friday), excluding holidays.
• Transit time does not include the day the package ships.
• Our warehouse ships orders Monday - Friday, and usually ships within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Estimated transit times are not guaranteed as severe weather, natural disasters, carrier delays and other unforeseen events may impact delivery services.

Standard Methods

Reminder: Transit times for standard methods are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Packages typically ship out from our warehouse within 1 business day, but high shipping volumes and carrier issues including staffing, sorting and machining may cause delays during transit with standard methods. If you need your package by a certain date, choose a shipping method with a guaranteed transit time such as UPS 2nd Day Air® or UPS Next Day Air®.

Expedited Methods

What to Expect:

• We will send you an email with your tracking number when your order has shipped.
• Your order may ship in multiple shipments. You will receive a separate notification as each portion of your order ships.
• Tracking updates may not be available for a couple of hours after the order is shipped.
• Due to shipping restrictions, some items may only be shipped via ground services as noted on the product page.

Local/Curbside Pickup:

If you are near our warehouse in Hood River, Oregon and prefer to pick up your order in person, we offer free curbside pickup! Click here to learn more.

International Shipping (outside the USA):

We currently ship to happy customers throughout the world using UPS and USPS methods (not all methods available in all regions). Certain brands or products may have restrictions on shipping outside of the USA. These restrictions are noted on product pages and shipping methods will not be available at checkout for international addresses for these items.

• Please allow at least 3+ weeks for international orders to be received. Further delays are possible due to customs processing time.
• Shipping charges are applied at checkout and vary depending on the destination. Oversize and heavy items may require additional charges.
• We may suspend or discontinue shipping services to any country or region due to carrier or import restrictions or other circ*mstances and will note these restrictions here:
• Restrictions: Shipping is currently unavailable to Russia. Most carriers are also unable to ship to Belarus and Ukraine and rates may not be available at checkout as a result.

Please Note: All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) by default, and all orders are processed in USD at checkout.

Customs, Taxes and Duties:

• You are responsible for paying any duties, taxes, or other fees assessed at import. Outdoorplay does not pre-collect these fees at the time of purchase. Please contact your local Customs Office for more information about the cost of these fees.
• Please also take note of any personal purchase limits in place in your country. If your order exceeds the purchase limit, you will need to arrange for a broker to clear your order through customs at extra cost. Outdoorplay is not able to make these arrangements for you.
