@comcastcares @comcast just got off the phone with a Comcast rep. No help at all. Will someone that is competent please reach out to me. Maybe someone not reading a script. Was asked how I’m doing. Answered honestly that I was not good. Was told they are happy to hear that.

****SCAM ALERT*****Received a call offering reduced bill for Xfinity. After 20 minutes on phone he gave me a confirmation code to call billing and I was directed to purchase E Bay credit cards with $360 loaded to prepay first 3 months and an 888 # to call to start service.

@Xfinity @comcastcares My suggestion would be stop focusing on expanding and start focusing on customer support. Making a huge move into mobile while customer support for cable and internet is very poor, is a recipe for disaster regarding your customers. Thank you for getting back to me.
