****SCAM ALERT*****Received a call offering reduced bill for Xfinity. After 20 minutes on phone he gave me a confirmation code to call billing and I was directed to purchase E Bay credit cards with $360 loaded to prepay first 3 months and an 888 # to call to start service.

@Xfinity @comcastcares My suggestion would be stop focusing on expanding and start focusing on customer support. Making a huge move into mobile while customer support for cable and internet is very poor, is a recipe for disaster regarding your customers. Thank you for getting back to me.

So FiOS is offering me a cheaper and faster internet service than Xfinity I think it's safe to say I'm probably going to make the switch. I just hope Verizon don't have me on hold forever

@themorrancave You incorrectly implied his effort at getting Comcast to improve their customer service was bought off by them providing him personally good customer service. And you didn’t correct your mistake. Not offhanded; it was 1/2 the supporting evidence of the thesis of your essay
